Spider-Man: Brand New Day

In Spider-Man: Homecoming, Adrian Toomes, driven out of business by the Department of Damage Control and Tony Stark, turns to a life of crime using Chitauri technology to create advanced weapons. Peter Parker, aka Spider-Man, thwarts Toomes's plans, including a plot to hijack a DODC plane, and ultimately saves Toomes's life after the Vulture suit explodes. Toomes is arrested, and Peter declines an invitation to join the Avengers full-time, choosing to focus on his life as a high school student. As the story continues in Spider-Man: Far From Home, Peter's life becomes more complicated when his classmates reappear un-aged after being disintegrated by Thanos. Peter plans to reveal his feelings to MJ but is recruited by Nick Fury and Maria Hill to help with the Elementals, alongside Quentin Beck, a fake superhero who uses projectors to simulate his powers. Peter discovers Beck's deception and, with MJ's help, stops his plan, leading to Beck's death. The movie ends with Peter beginning a relationship with MJ, but his secret identity as Spider-Man is exposed by J. Jonah Jameson, causing chaos in his personal life. In Spider-Man: No Way Home, Peter's life is turned upside down after his identity as Spider-Man is revealed, leading to negative publicity and harassment for his loved ones. Peter seeks help from Dr. Stephen Strange, who attempts to cast a spell to make everyone forget Peter is Spider-Man. However, the spell is corrupted, summoning people from other universes who know Spider-Man's identity. Peter ultimately decides to erase himself from everyone's memory to protect the multiverse, and Strange casts the spell, restoring balance to the universe. Peter resumes his life as Spider-Man, making a new suit and mourning the loss of his aunt, May, who died during the events of the movie.
