Spectre

In Skyfall, James Bond and Eve Moneypenny pursue Patrice, who steals a hard drive containing NATO agent details, and Bond is presumed dead after being shot by Moneypenny. M is pressured to retire due to the stolen hard drive, but remains adamant she is still useful. Bond returns to service, ordered by M to identify Patrice's employer, recover the hard drive, and kill Patrice. He follows a trail that leads him to Raoul Silva, a former MI6 agent turned cyberterrorist, who is responsible for the hacking of MI6's servers and the explosion of the MI6 building. Bond captures Silva, but he escapes and attacks M at a Parliament inquiry. Bond takes M to Skyfall, his childhood home, where they prepare to face Silva's men. After a fierce battle, M is wounded and later dies in Bond's arms. Bond ultimately kills Silva and then meets the newly appointed M, Mallory, telling him he is ready to get back to work, with Moneypenny now serving as Mallory's secretary.
