Jailer 2

The movie Jailer starts with a temple priest being murdered and an idol statue stolen in Arakkonam. ACP Arjun goes missing, and the police department covers up his disappearance. Muthuvel, a former jailer, is introduced as he murders Seenu, Varman's henchman, and disposes of the body. Varman's men attempt to kill Muthuvel's grandson, but he saves him. Muthuvel then blackmails Varman by stealing his idols and later defeats Kamdev's men, who were hired to kill him and his family. As the story unfolds, Varman reveals that Muthuvel was a ruthless jailer and uses ACP Arjun, who is still alive, as leverage to force Muthuvel into retrieving a famous antique crown. Muthuvel plans a heist, but the crown turns out to be fake. Varman kills some of his own men, and Arjun attempts to kill Muthuvel but is defeated. In the end, Muthuvel and his allies defeat Varman and his men, resulting in Varman's death. Arjun refuses to surrender and is ultimately killed by Narasimha's men at Muthuvel's signal, bringing the story to a close.
